their weaknesses and strengths to use to his advantage. You need
to know as much as possible about what you're going up against.
Pretend that you're in the market for your own services and do a
search on the internet. See what comes up and then ask yourself,
"Would I buy from myself or from the competition?" If you are not
100% sure that you have the best product and services, then you
need to revaluate your site.

easily find out information about your business. Let them know
who you are, how long you have been in business and anything
else you would like for your potential customers to know. Would
you spend your money if you didn't know who you were giving it

do. If your not sure how easy it is for people to understand
what you do then ask a friend or pay a stranger to sit down and
view your website and see if they can tell you right away what
your services are.

this information. If you make them search for it, they will

sure your website tells people that so they know why then need

Have you ever been to a website and wanted to order something
but could not figure out how to actually buy it? How about not
even being able to find the basic contact information like a
phone number or an e-mail address. If someone is ready to buy
from you, you should make the buying process as easy as
possible. How does one do this? Very simple, test it out on real
people and see where they have troubles and then make changes to
your site.
How can people believe what your saying is true?

There are billions of websites out there and some are truthful
and others are not. How do you make your website honest and
truthful? Have your contact information easy to find. If you
accept credit cards then people know they are protected against
fraud by the credit card companies. Give explanations and/or
reasoning of some of the things you have one your website.
What if someone is not satisfied?

Let people know what your return policy is and
make it easy to find. Would you buy from a site if they did not
have a return policy? Probably not, having a good return policy
will make people feel more comfortable buying from you and it
also shows that you stand behind what you're selling.
